We do not just take pictures. We keep time.
SM Productions is a boutique wedding photography and film studio built on one belief — that the most beautiful frames are never posed, they are noticed. For over a decade we have followed families through their loudest celebrations and their quietest glances, turning fleeting hours into heirlooms you will hand down.
From the first haldi stain to the last vidai tear, our team works like an invisible thread through your day — unhurried, unobtrusive, and endlessly attentive. What you receive is not a folder of files. It is your story, told the way it actually felt.

Everything you will keep passes through here.
A 35mm at f/1.4 is the lens that lives on our bodies. Wide enough to hold a whole room, fast enough to shoot a sangeet by the lights that are already there, and shallow enough that when your mother looks up, nothing else in the frame competes with her.
Everything the day needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Where the Petals Fell — Teaser
We barely noticed them working, and then we saw the photos and realised they had not missed a single thing. My mother cried at the album. Twice.
We are both terrible in front of a camera and said so on the first call. They planned the whole shoot around that — no posing, just an afternoon doing something we actually enjoyed. Best decision of the wedding.
They travelled with us for four days, handled the venue permissions, flew the drone, and still delivered the teaser before our reception ended. Genuinely professional in a way that is rare in this industry.
Unhurried is the word. Nobody rushed me, nobody made me hold a pose I was uncomfortable in. The rooftop set at sunset is now the biggest frame in our living room.
They spent forty minutes just letting my son get comfortable before they even picked up a camera. That patience shows in every single frame.
The overhead shot of us on the boat is our favourite photograph in existence. They woke up at 4 AM to get it and never once mentioned it.

How to Actually Plan a Pre-Wedding Shoot
Forget the Pinterest board for a minute. The best pre-wedding shoots start with a question nobody asks: what do the two of you actually like doing…
